Note: On A Case By Case Basis, Students Who Have Completed All Their Studies On The Diploma In Legal Studies But Have Not Yet Received Their Final Exam Results May Be Permitted To Begin Studying For The Advanced Diploma In Legal Studies. Such Students Will Not Be Permitted To Pass Any Exams On The Advanced Diploma Until They Satisfy All The Requirements For The Award Of Diploma In Legal Studies. |

External Regulatory Bodies (Such As: The Hong Kong Monetary Authority; The Securities And Futures Commission; The Stock Exchange; The Financial Reporting Council). (3 Hours) 3. Reports And Accounts (Including: Profit And Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Statement Of Changes In Financial Position, Statutory Duties In Relation To Preparation Of Statements And Reports).
