Applicants Could Apply For The Programme Through The Cognate Entry, Semi-Cognate Entry Or Mature Entry: (1) Cognate Entry: (I) Holders Of An Associate Degree (Ad) Or A Higher Diploma (Hd) In A Cognate Discipline. (Ii) Holders Of A Professional Diploma At Hkqf Level 4 With A Minimum Of 120 Qf Credits In A Cognate Discipline* Plus A Minimum Of Three Years Of Relevant Building/Construction/Surveying Industry Experience. *Cognate Disciplines: Building Studies, Building Services, Construction Engineering & Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architectural Design & Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Information Modelling (Bim), Facilities Management Or Equivalent Qualifications. (2) Semi-Cognate Entry: (I) Holders Of An Associate Degree (Ad) Or A Higher Diploma (Hd) In A Semi-Cognate Discipline* Plus A Minimum Of Two Years Of Relevant Building/Construction/Surveying Industry Experience. *Semi-Cognate Disciplines: Business, Finance, Management, Engineering Related, Environmental Protection, Energy Management Service, Real Estate, Housing Management, Interior Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Sciences Or Equivalent Qualifications. (Ii) Applicants Admitted Through Semi-Cognate Entry Are Required To Take And Pass A 45-Hour Conversion Course ''Construction Technology And Management'' Offered By Cityu Scope Prior To The Programme Commencement. An Additional Fee Of Hk$7,000 Will Be Charged For The Conversion Course. (3) Mature Entry: (I) Mature Candidates With A Minimum Of Five Years Of Experience At A Supervisory Level Within The Relevant Building/ Construction/ Surveying Industry; Or (Ii) All Applicants Admitted Through This Route Have To Successfully Undergo The Admission Interview.
